You can stack cakes without using drinking straws by using cake dowels or wooden skewers. Simply measure the height of your stacked cakes and cut the dowels or skewers to the same height. Then, insert them into the center of each cake layer before stacking them on top of each other. This will provide support and stability to the stacked cakes without the need for drinking straws. Additionally, you can also use cake boards between each layer to provide extra support. **

To build a bridge out of drinking straws, you can start by laying out a design for the bridge and then connecting the straws together using glue or tape. You can reinforce the structure by adding additional layers of straws or using other materials such as string or popsicle sticks. It's important to make sure the bridge is stable and can support weight, so testing and adjusting the design as needed is crucial. Additionally, creating support structures such as trusses or arches can help distribute the weight and make the bridge stronger. **
