We will need:

  • Jasmine green tea: boil the water to a temperature of 85°C, then set aside, add leaves of the tea (use 10 g of tea per 1 liter of water) and let it rest for 5 minutes

  • Red ceylon tea: boil water to a temperature of 90°C, turn off the water, add tea (20 g of tea per 1 liter of water) and let it infuse for 5 minutes

2. Fill the shaker to the top with ice, over which we pour one or two scoops of syrup (depending on how sweet bubble tea we want) and add tea

3. Close the shaker and shake well

4. Pour popping bobas, jellies or tapioca pearls into the cup

5. Release the shaker lid and fill the cup through the sieve

6. Use a thick straw and drink

BUBBLE TEA MILK

We will need:

Instructions:

1. Prepare tea according to the instructions

  • Oolong black tea: boil water to 95°C, set aside and add tea (10 g of tea per 1 l of water), infuse for 5 minutes

2. Thoroughly mix 3 scoops of creamer, 3 scoops of flavored powder and a scoop of sugar in

250 ml of hot tea

3. Fill the blender jar with ice, add the already prepared mix from point 2 and mix until smooth

4. Pour popping bobas, jellies or tapioca pearls into the cup and pour the finished drink over them

5. Use a thick straw and drink

BUBBLE TEA FROZEN

We will need:

Instructions:

1. Prepare tea tea according to the instructions

  • Jasmine green tea: boil the water to a temperature of 85 ° C, then set aside, add tea (use 10 g of tea per 1 liter of water) and let it rest for 5 minutes

2. Pour a relative amount of ice into the mixer (we can use a cup as a measuring cup)
