A drinking game based on Phase 10 or Skip-Bo could involve assigning a drink for certain game actions. For example, players could take a drink when they are forced to draw cards from the draw pile, when they are skipped by another player, or when they fail to complete a phase in a certain number of turns. Additionally, players could take a drink when they successfully complete a phase or when they win a round. This adds a fun and social element to the game, but it's important to drink responsibly and in moderation. **

As an AI, I don't have personal feelings, but I can provide information on the topic. Paper straws are a more environmentally friendly alternative to plastic straws, as they are biodegradable and can help reduce plastic waste. While some people may find paper straws less durable or less convenient than plastic straws, many are willing to make the switch in order to help protect the environment. Overall, the use of paper straws can contribute to a more sustainable and eco-friendly approach to drinking beverages. **

You can stack cakes without using drinking straws by using cake dowels or wooden skewers. Simply measure the height of your stacked cakes and cut the dowels or skewers to the same height. Then, insert them into the center of each cake layer before stacking them on top of each other. This will provide support and stability to the stacked cakes without the need for drinking straws. Additionally, you can also use cake boards between each layer to provide extra support. **

To build a bridge out of drinking straws, you can start by laying out a design for the bridge and then connecting the straws together using glue or tape. You can reinforce the structure by adding additional layers of straws or using other materials such as string or popsicle sticks. It's important to make sure the bridge is stable and can support weight, so testing and adjusting the design as needed is crucial. Additionally, creating support structures such as trusses or arches can help distribute the weight and make the bridge stronger. **

In GTA 5's offline mode, you can get special vehicles into your garage by either purchasing them from in-game websites or finding them in specific locations around the map. Some special vehicles may only be available during certain missions or events, so make sure to keep an eye out for opportunities to acquire them. Additionally, you can also use cheats or mods to spawn special vehicles directly into your garage. **

There are several drinking games that don't require any accessories, such as "Never Have I Ever," where players take turns saying something they have never done, and anyone who has done it takes a drink. Another game is "Most Likely," where one person asks a "most likely" question, and everyone points to the person they think is most likely to do that thing. The person with the most fingers pointed at them takes a drink. Additionally, "Truth or Dare" can be turned into a drinking game by adding a rule that anyone who refuses to answer a truth or do a dare has to take a drink. **
